Jonathan W. Cole

Mr. Cole graduated from Southern Illinois University School of Law in 2010. While in pursuit of his law degree, Mr. Cole received an Illinois Supreme Court 711 license. He utilized this license providing legal counsel at Land of Lincoln Legal Assistance of Carbondale, Illinois. Mr. Cole spent his time at Land of Lincoln focusing on Social Security Disability Law, Wills, Trusts, Powers of Attorney and Consumer Protection. During law school Mr. Cole completed a Study abroad in Ireland with a focus on International Business Law. Mr. Cole was also the President of the International Law Society during his time in Law School.

Prior to law school, Mr. Cole earned his M.B.A. from Northern Illinois University. During his M.B.A., Mr. Cole completed a study abroad in Munich, Germany with a focus on International Business. While in Munich, Jonathan worked with companies such as BMW, Spatenbrau, McDonalds, and Siemens. Mr. Cole completed his B.A. from Monmouth College double majoring in Business Administration and Economics.

In his personal life, Mr. Cole enjoys watching Cubs baseball, Big Ten Basketball, and the Chicago Fire. Jonathan also enjoys hiking, hunting, and fishing. Mr. Cole is a member of the South Suburban Bar Association and the Illinois State Bar Association.

Naila N. Robinson

Naila N. Robinson was a bankruptcy and family law practitioner at a prominent law firm for eight years in Chicago, Illinois. For past year, Naila has been practicing family, probate and bankruptcy in Oak Lawn, Illinois.  In 2016, Naila was an integral member of the successful appellate and trial team in the precedential Illinois attorney fee disgorgement case, In re Marriage of Squire, 2015 IL App (2d) 150271 (2nd Dist.) (December 16, 2015). Naila co-authored an article “Collecting Past-due Support Obligations from Non-traditional Sources” and authored “Preservation of the Marital Estate for an Innocent Spouse. Both articles were published in the American Journal of Family Law. Naila received recognition as a “Rising Star” by Super Lawyers Magazine in 2012 – 2014, 2018 and 2019. Naila was also named an Emerging Lawyer by Leading Lawyer’s Magazine in 2016. Naila is an active member of the Illinois State Bar Association and was a member of the 2011 class of the Illinois State Bar Association’s Diversity Fellows Program.

Naila received her Juris Doctor from Southern Illinois University in 2010, where she earned numerous recognitions, including the Thurgood Marshall scholarship award and earned the distinction of a judicial clerkship in the Circuit Court of Jackson County, Illinois. Naila received her Bachelor’s degree in Journalism from the University of Missouri-Columbia. While completing her undergraduate studies, she worked as a journalist with several media outlets, including CNN, The New York Times, NBC and Fox affiliates.  

Naila’s extensive experience communicating with clients in various contexts gives her a unique perspective on handling sensitive issues with care and personal attention. She understands that legal conflict can be emotionally and financially exhausting. Naila is seeking more than a “win”. She obtains cost-effective and practical solutions to minimize the devasting impact of litigation.
